great professionalismhelpful teamlimited selection
the staff showed consistent attentiveness (and genuine care). i especially appreciated ethem çam, the assistant front desk manager, who helped with everything and demonstrated great professionalism. ali oğuz özbey and ilayda hanım from the concierge team were consistently helpful and efficient.
i found the breakfast offerings a bit limited for the price.

the concierge had abundance of knowledge and knew where to get things.
The staff was unfriendly at times and a bit rude. This affected the overall atmosphere. the security procedure at the entrance felt excessive, i had to put my bags and shopping through an x-ray machine every time i returned to the hotel. i found this to be very inconvenient.

This hotel have a gorgeous pool area. The pool sits on the 5th floor. Views from there was pretty amazing. I find the breakfast amazing too. The restaurant employees were very attentive to my needs.

My room was on a high floor. The view was quite nice. The breakfast selections seemed high quality. The food was well prepared.
The check-in process presented some issues. I had to return to reception to fix the card each day. The call I received during checkout did not sound professional. Some reception staff seemed average.

The suite provided ample space. It also included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The minibar was stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks. I liked that the blackout curtains ensured a dark room at night.
The gym's layout was a bit cramped. It was hard to navigate during peak hours.

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. There was also a spa offering various treatments and massages. Its relaxing atmosphere was therapeutic.

My room had a king-size bed with premium bedding. The sleep quality was superb. The work desk was spacious and had convenient power outlets. I found the high-speed internet reliable. I appreciate these things.
